The story behind Dão Narya
Dão Narya’s vision is inspired by the personal journey of Eowyn. She integrates her scientific, psychological knowledge, natures wisdom and deep dives into her inner world with her authentic, no bullshit, freedom loving personality. Through Dão Narya she wants to share the tools that helped her to find more balance, creativity, self-love, self-determination, purpose, resilience, passion and presence in life after a burn out that turned into an existential crisis. As embodiment is her core priority, she takes the responsibility to go through her own processes and acknowledges her own vulnerabilities and challenges. Driven by her fascination to explore the nature of reality, she discovered the magic of altered states of consciousness. During this journey, where she went back and fort between shamanic, western and academic perspectives, she ended up in both healing but also abusive situations. Therefore her priority is to create a safe integrated set and setting where the powerful potential of body oriented techniques can fully support personal growth and well-being.

Eowyn's passion is to explore consciousness and guide people on their self-love journey.
As curious psychonaut and existential psychologist, my passion is to explore consciousness and guide people on their journey to self-love, self-determination, connection and authenticity.
My mission is to empower people to let go of patriarchal values rooted in fear and control, allowing them to find more purpose, freedom, integrity and internal validation.
Within my 8 years of experience as academic researcher I conducted research in the field of neuroscience and investigated ways to improve mental health.
Psychedelics, movement, play and breathwork are integrated into my therapeutic work to move beyond the symptomatic approach in order to let go of taboos, limiting beliefs, shame, fears and intergenerational patterns that distract us from being our authentic self.
The fascination to explore the human mind and the universe started in my childhood. I always had a lot of existential questions that were not supposed to be asked and my biggest dream was to discover space. Although I did not become an astronaut, exploring the mind through altered states feels like a childhood dream that came true.
